| Description: | Boar's Head Provisions Co., Inc., the leading provider of exceptional service and superior quality delicatessen products currently has an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager available in its Jarratt, Virginia facility. |
| Duties: | This self-directed individual will lead the Human Resources function in this Virginia facility. This individual will work as a strategic partner with the management team in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resources programs, policies, and processes including employee relations, staffing, training, benefit administration, compensation, and labor relations. |
| Qualifications: | Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Management, 7 to 10 years experience in Human Resources, thorough knowledge of HR related laws, experience working as a leader in a unionized facility, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in all MS Office applications. Experience in a manufacturing environment and in the food industry is preferred. |
