Designed to support the Company's commitment to the training and development of future leaders, Boar’s Head’s Leadership Development Program includes rotations at our facilities in NY, FL, OH, VA, MI, AR as well as other parts of the country.
This program will allow participants to gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of the Boar’s Head business model – experience that is supplemented with classroom training and supported by ongoing peer and executive mentoring. Over time, participants are given greater cross-functional and multi-level exposure and increasingly challenging projects and assignments, thereby accelerating career growth.
Upon successful completion of the program, Associates are placed in roles that reflect a blend of their skills, interests and goals as well as the Company’s business needs.

| Qualifications: | If you have a passion for food, strong sales, marketing, or operations experience, the flexibility to travel extensively and a desire to contribute, we encourage you to apply. Successful candidates should possess a strong work ethic, unwavering standards of excellence and be committed to delivering world class customer service!
• B.S. degree in related field, MBA preferred
• 5 – 7 years of experience, preferably in CPG, food, restaurant, or related industry
• Demonstrated achievement and leadership
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passionate about food
• Ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to take initiative and to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to travel up to 80% of work days
