| Description: | A LEAD PERSON/NIGHT PACKAGING is tasked with running a specific area of the department in an efficient, safe manner. The successful candidate will be able to think proactively, thrive under pressure, and assist the production supervisors in achieving departmental goals and production.
HOURS/SHIFT:
This posting is for a night-shift position. Day of operation include Monday through Friday with weekend work as dictated by production needs and demands.
RATE OF PAY:
To be determined upon completion of 90-day probation period:
Lead position is also entitled to a $10/week meal credit.

| Duties: | Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the department supervisor/manager
Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
Must work as a team player, ensuring cleaning specifications are achieved and in a safe/efficient manner
Communicate well with other team members
Supervise and guide other employees
Assist with on-the-job training for new associates
Assist in other areas as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Must follow Companys GMPs, SOPs, plant rules, other policies and codes of conduct.
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
Strive to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external customers
Other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | Employee is required to work in cold, damp environment.
Position requires previous leadership capacity
Must have basic oral and written communication skills
Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch
Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds (with assistance, when required)
Available to work a Monday - Friday schedule, with Saturday work as dictated by production needs
